Cryoconservation of embryos produced in vitro
In Vitro Brasil has developed an exclusive production procedure for bovine embryos destined for cryoconservation. The system has shown satisfactory pregnancy results in both taurine and zebu cattle. Check us out about this news
Research Work:
Cryoconservation of embryos produced in vitro is an indispensable tool for advancing and disseminating the process of in vitro production of bovine embryos. The table below shows the results of pregnancy of embryos transferred after thawing in a study conducted by the team of In Vitro Brasil. In this study, the embryos were "treated" (Treatments 1, 2 and 3) from the morula stage to become resistant to the cryoconservation.

This study used embryos both from Dutch cows coupled with Gyr bulls and Nelore cows bred to Nelore bulls, with five replicates. Treatment 3 was shown to be superior in all replicates and was chosen for commercial application at In Vitro Brasil.
Important! Currently, the customer can opt for the service of in vitro embryo production exclusively destined for cryoconservation.
